Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard. Fermentation and stage in French oak barrels for 9 months with temperature control. A small part of the lot is stained in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:Bright yellow-citrus color. Excellent aromatic intensity, complexing the fruit and the wood in a subtle and elegant way. In the mouth is balanced, fresh and vibrant. Long finish.
