Baga / Bical
Filipa Pato - winegrower in Bairrada. A graduate of the University of Coimbra as a chemical engineer, she refined her qualities as winegrower in Bordeaux - France, Mendoza - Argentina and Margaret River - Australia, as well with her father Luis Pato, the Baga rebel.
The grapes are harvested manually and gently pressed into a vacuum frame. After a slight decantation the must ferments in a 650 liter barrel.
