The Reynolds family has been producing quality wines in the Alentejo since 1850. The grapes were harvested mechanically overnight at Herdade de Figueira de Cima. They fermented in French oak vats at a controlled temperature until cut with brandy, then aged for 3 years in old barrels. After bottling, the bottles aged 7 years before being marketed.
