With a family history dating back to the 15th century and a great passion for wines, this producer has his wine cellar in Redondo. The vineyards are located in two distinct areas, next to the Serra D'Ossa with a fresh microclimate, and in Arraiolos, the hottest area recognized for its potential to produce great wines.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Partial fermentation of the lot in barrel for 4 months.
