Tapada Tinto is a historic wine first produced in 1991. From the beginning it was made mainly with Cabernet Sauvignon and continues to this day, becoming one of the grape variety icons in Portugal. Each parcel is fermented separately to highlight its uniqueness and only then blended. This is followed by an 18-month aging period in French oak barrels and 18 months in a bottle.
